U.S. ARMY SPACE AND MISSILE DEFENSE COMMAND/ARMY FORCES STRATEGIC COMMAND (USASMDC/ARSTRAT), USASMDC/ARSTRAT FWC-CDID-TCM-SHA-PE LINKS/TRANSITIONS SPACE BASED TECHNOLOGY, CONCEPTS AND CAPABILITIES TO THE WARFIGHTER THROUGH RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT, INTEGRATION, RAPID PROTOTYPING, EXPERIMENTATION AND DEMONSTRATIONS. THE GOAL IS TO MAXIMIZE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CURRENT SPACE CAPABILITIES PROJECTS, DESIGN, DEVELOP, AND ACQUIRE BASED ON CAPABILITY GAPS THAT ENABLE AND ENHANCE CURRENT AND FUTURE LAND FORCES.
