Government Description
Requirement is for the procurement of performance based logistics support services for the MQ-1C gray eagle unmanned aircraft system. This includes comprehensive product support for 167 aircraft and associated ground equipment, covering program management, system sustainment, readiness management, contractor-managed supply maintenance, equipment maintenance records, sustainment training, urgent repairs, software configuration management, Contractor Field Service Representatives (CFSR), and supply chain management. The contract also provides for inventory control, supply point operations, modeling and spares management, material sustainment, equipment transportation and shipping, depot-level material repair, supply support, and logistics automated systems for both CONUS and OCONUS units. Additional tasks include the provision of instructor operators, sustainment of critical system components and assemblies, field and depot repairs, and support for satellite and communications equipment.
