Oshkosh Defense LLC, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, was awarded a $16,907,041 hybrid (cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price) contract for the procurement and ancillary installation of modification kits onto M1300 Heavy Equipment Transporter System tractors. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Oshkosh, Wisconsin; and Freisen, Germany, with an estimated completion date of April 30, 2024. Fiscal 2021 other procurement, Army funds; and fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $16,907,041 were obligated at the time of the award.
