The software is used by the Army Training Information System (ATIS) to manage and distribute training content to the moodle workplace-based Army Learning Management System (LMS), supporting dynamic license usage for up to 2,000,000 users. It acts as a learning interoperability tool that integrates with moodle workplace 4.5 or better, enabling assessments, content delivery, and communication tools directly within the LMS, and supports importing, delivering, and tracking scorm 1.2, scorm 2004, aicc, xapi, CMI5, pdf, MP4, and cross-domain content. The platform also provides technical support, documentation, software releases, and notifications of patches and updates.
