Work will be performed in Andover and Tewksbury, Massachusetts; West Plains, Missouri; Manchester, New Hampshire; Las Cruces, New Mexico; Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; Altenstadt, Germany; and Switzerland, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2032.
