Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Middletown, Iowa; Stafford, Virginia; and Reading, Massachusetts, with an estimated completion date of June 27, 2025. Fiscal 2018 and 2019 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $4,838,556 were obligated at the time of the award.
