Government Description
RS3 task order entitled CATS2 is to provide engineering and technical support, systems engineering, technology insertion and integration for rti. Includes engineering services and support for command, control, communications, computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, And Electronic Warfare (C5ISR/EW), Including Support for The Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS) and the intelligence division's spectrum dominance and intelligence survivability portfolio/research technology integration directorate. Tasks also involve the procurement and integration of equipment such as machinery, test and lab equipment, computer hardware (servers, desktops, laptops), satellite communication equipment, antennas, sensors, power supplies, and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software, as well as research and development in the physical, engineering, and life sciences (excluding nanotechnology and biotechnology). Additional work includes print/copy services and subcontracted services in support of the prime contract.
