IGF:OT:IGF TRANSFORMATION TWENTY-ONE TOTAL TECHNOLOGY NEXT GENERATION (T4NG) TASK ORDER FOR ENTERPRISE SERVICES INTEGRATED PLATFORM (ESIP) MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT. INCLUDES PROVIDING PRODUCTION AND NON-PRODUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES, OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE (O&M) SUPPORT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING, SOFTWARE AND WEB SERVICE DEVELOPMENT, PARTNER/SYSTEM COORDINATION, SOFTWARE INTEGRATION, TESTING, RELEASE MANAGEMENT, TECHNICAL SUPPORT, TRAINING AND CONTENT MANAGEMENT, AND SYSTEMS ENGINEERING. THE CONTRACTOR ALSO PERFORMS DEVELOPMENT, ENHANCEMENTS, MODERNIZATION, AND DOCUMENTATION TO SUPPORT VA OFFICE OF INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY (OIT) PROCESSES AND VETERANS FOCUSED INTEGRATED PROCESS (VIP) AND/OR DEVOPS METHODOLOGY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGILE PROCESS. ADDITIONAL TASKS INCLUDE SUPPORTING THE DECOMMISSIONING AND TRANSITIONING OF LEGACY APPLICATIONS TO THE CLOUD ENVIRONMENT AND PROVIDING DATA MIGRATION SERVICES FROM LEGACY SYSTEMS TO APPLICABLE VA OIT SYSTEMS, PLATFORMS, AND/OR OPERATING ENVIRONMENTS.
