Government Description
OCONUS coco storage services. Provides all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to receive, store, issue, maintain quality, and account for petroleum products, including aviation turbine fuel commercial grade JP-5/F44 and naval distillate grade F-76, at the port of fujairah, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Services include receiving fuel via marine tanker/barge, dedicated storage of 765,000 barrels (440,000 bbls of F-76 and 325,000 bbls of JP-5/F44), maintaining a minimum of two tanks per fuel grade for recirculation/filtering, isolating the storage facility from other products, additizing fuels as required, and shipping via marine tanker/barge or naval vessel. The contractor must also comply with environmental protection standards as outlined in DLA energy guidelines.
