Provides comprehensive fuel storage services at the port of Djibouti, horn of africa, on a 24/7 basis, including security and fire protection with controlled access and emergency communication systems, regular removal of water bottoms from storage tanks, and sampling and testing of petroleum products in accordance with astm standards. The contractor is also responsible for compliance with DLA energy's Quality Assurance Provisions (QAP), managing fuel additive systems for quality maintenance, and adhering to all required safety standards.
