Alliance Technical Services Inc., Norfolk, Virginia, has been awarded a maximum $24,704,670 hybrid firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-reimbursement-no-fee contract for chemical management services and third party logistics services for the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation in support of Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex.
