DEOBLIGATION OF FUNDS FROM CLIN 0052. THE CONTRACT INVOLVES THE PRIVATIZATION OF THE POTABLE WATER UTILITY SYSTEM AT FORT KNOX, KY, INCLUDING THE CONVEYANCE OF THE SYSTEM AND THE ONGOING PROVISION OF WATER UTILITY SERVICES. WORK PERFORMED INCLUDES THE OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENTS, UPGRADES, REPAIRS, EXPANSIONS, INVESTMENTS, AND PLANT REPLACEMENT FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AT FORT KNOX, AS WELL AS INITIAL SYSTEM DEFICIENCY CORRECTIONS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS. PROVIDES ALL NECESSARY LABOR, MANAGEMENT, SUPERVISION, PERMITS, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, MATERIALS, AND TRANSPORTATION REQUIRED FOR THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF THE CONVEYED WATER UTILITY SYSTEM.
