Government Description
Electric services at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, provided under a long-term contract with Dominion Virginia Power (DVP) for the operation, maintenance, and upgrade of the installation's electric utility distribution system. Includes the privatization of the electrical, potable water, and wastewater utility systems, with the contractor assuming ownership, operation, maintenance, and repair responsibilities for all utility plant and equipment, including capital investments and system upgrades to meet industry standards such as the National Electric Safety Code (NESC).
