Government Description
Design-bid-build construction services for the athens compound major rehabilitation in Greece. Includes seismic improvements to the chancery structure, replacement of the glass façade, rehabilitation of marble cladding and other historically significant features, replacement of most mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, replacement of all interior furniture and most finishes, and enclosure of the central courtyard. The project also encompasses complete renovation and new addition to the office annex, construction of a new vehicular compound access control facility, relocation of site utilities, improvements to site circulation, and construction of a new entrance pavilion. Embassy operations will remain fully functional during construction, with work phased to provide swing space and maintain security throughout the project.
