The work to be performed provides for replacing 13 damaged substations, repairing or replacing existing power poles, replacing manholes, hand holes, and underground circuits; replacing an existing direct-buried cable, portions of overhead power with underground circuits, and providing a new reinforced concrete duct back between two substations.
