THE SERVICES TO BE FURNISHED UNDER THIS CONTRACT INCLUDE OPERATION OF VARIOUS WATERCRAFT AND BOATS, RELATED MAINTENANCE SERVICES, PORT OPERATIONS, AND WATERFRONT ADMINISTRATION IN SUPPORT OF PORT OPERATIONS, COMMANDER NAVY REGION SOUTHEAST. ADDITIONAL WORK INCLUDES COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT AT MULTIPLE NAVAL STATIONS, ENCOMPASSING VESSEL OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE, LOGISTICS SUPPORT, EQUIPMENT OPERATION, REGIONAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES, REPAIR AND MODIFICATION OF VESSELS, DOCK MASTER SERVICES, AND OIL SPILL RESPONSE CAPABILITIES. PROVIDES TOOLS, SUPPORT EQUIPMENT, AND PERSONNEL SAFETY ITEMS, DESIGNATES A PROGRAM MANAGER AT THE REGIONAL BOAT MAINTENANCE CENTER (RBMC), ASSIGNS SITE MANAGERS AT INSTALLATIONS, MAINTAINS CREW READINESS, ENSURES 24/7 EMERGENCY CONTACT AVAILABILITY, AND MANAGES HAZARDOUS MATERIALS AND SAFETY PROGRAMS. MAINTENANCE TASKS INCLUDE SANDBLASTING, PAINTING, CARPENTRY, WELDING, ENGINE AND ELECTRICAL REPAIRS, AND NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING.
