Alakai Defense Systems Inc.,* Largo, Florida, is awarded an $30,719,672 firm-fixed-price contract to procure 10 check point explosive detection systems, as well as support equipment, spares, training, and technical publications for the government of Egypt, in support of the Systems Commands Cooperation Office. Work will be performed in Largo, Florida (75%); and Cairo, Egypt (25%), and is expected to be completed in February 2027. Foreign Military Sales customer funds in the amount of $30,719,672 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(4). The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity (N6833523C0569).
