PROVIDES ADMINISTRATION, MANAGEMENT, SUPERVISION, AND SYSTEMS INTEGRATION, AS WELL AS MATERIALS, PARTS, SUPPLIES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND VEHICLES TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN THE ADMINISTRATIVE TELEPHONE SYSTEM—INCLUDING TELEPHONE SWITCHES, FIBER MULTIPLEXES, MAIN DISTRIBUTION FRAMES (MDFS), BATTERIES, RECTIFIERS, INVERTERS, SMDR, IVRS, AND BOTH OUTSIDE AND INSIDE CABLE PLANT (COPPER/FIBER, ROAD PEDESTAL DISTRIBUTION CABINETS, MANHOLES, AND INTERCONNECTING FIBER CABLES) AT NAS SIGONELLA I, NAS SIGONELLA II, AND NRTF NISCEMI. WORK INCLUDES MICROWAVE LINKS, TRANSPORT TO NRTF NISCEMI AND AUGUSTA BAY PIER, INSIDE PLANT (ISP), CUSTOMER SERVICES (TELEPHONE UP TO THE JACK AND PROVISIONING), AND OUTSIDE PLANT (COPPER AND FIBER CABLES, MANHOLE ACTIVITIES, AND PEDESTRIAN DISTRIBUTION CABINETS).
