May 2026: Peraton Inc., Herndon, Virginia, is awarded a $17,383,492 cost reimbursement contract (N6600126C0039) for Expeditionary Unmanned Systems Operations and fleet support representative support at Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific and Fleet commands which have fielded MK 18 systems. Work will be performed in San Diego, California (65%); Little Creek, Virginia (15%); and various locations outside the continental U.S., including Spain, Bahrain and Okinawa (20%). This one-year contract includes four one-year options which, if exercised, would bring the overall potential value of this contract to an estimated $90,685,458. The period of performance of the base award is from May 4, 2026, to May 3, 2027. If all options are exercised, the period of performance would extend through May 2031. Funds from operations maintenance (Navy); and research, development, test, and evaluation, will be obligated at the time of award, of which $6,475.333 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was awarded as a sole-source acquisition pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1). Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific in San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.
