Work will be performed in Herndon, Virginia (91%); and outside the continental U.S. (9%). Work is expected to be completed in September 2024. Funding from Foreign Military Sales (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand) in the amount of $6,500,000; and the Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs in the amount of $5,750,000, will be obligated at the time of award.
