Installation, modification, logistics and upgrade services in support of air and missile defense capabilities. Includes engineering and technical support for the Alteration Installation Team (AIT) to perform installation task planning and coordination, procurement of installation material and prefabrication, installation execution, reporting, and closeout for various Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) systems. Additional tasks include material tracking, inventory management, packing, crating, handling for shipments and receipt transactions, material shipping and disposal, inventory database updates, routine inventories, and procurement of incidental materials. Material purchase is also included as part of the work performed.

Dec 2024: Prism Maritime LLC,* Chesapeake, Virginia, is awarded a $15,613,573 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract N6339422C0004 to exercise the option for engineering and technical support services by an alteration installation team. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virginia (25%); San Diego, California (25%); Port Hueneme, California (25%); and Bremerton, Washington (25%), and is expected to be completed by February 2026. Fiscal 2024 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $355,920.00 (85.57%); and fiscal 2023 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $60,000 (14.43%) will be obligated at time of award.
