Work to be performed includes repair of 16 degraded corrugated metal pipe culverts supporting the Normandy Road Ammunition Rail, Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by July 2027. Fiscal 2026 Commander, Navy Installations Command operations and maintenance, (Navy) funds in the amount of $17,154,700 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
