Includes replacing existing sprinkler heads throughout older sections of NH95, repairing or replacing standpipes, risers, and pump systems, providing new sprinkler or fire suppression systems in unsprinklered areas, repairing and providing new fire detection systems with system annunciation and new panels/software, and repairing lighting in mechanical rooms. Additional tasks include replacing exterior and interior doors and frames, repairing common spaces and egresses such as hallways and stairwells, replacing interior common space finishes, repairing common space toilets including fixtures and systems support, and providing temporary office space during construction by paving a vacant lot and providing utilities for modular units.
