Includes extensive renovations and repairs to the historic 128,000 square foot facility, home to the physical education department at the U.S. Naval academy. Tasks involve replacing the 157,000 gallon training pool and treatment system, upgrading HVAC and electrical systems, replacing mercury-impregnated floor coating, abating asbestos and lead paint, upgrading fire suppression, plumbing, and drainage systems, making structural modifications and improvements, and performing exterior architectural and envelope repairs.
