Aug 2025: TOTE Services LLC, Jacksonville, Florida, is being awarded a $49,880,134 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220525C4084) inclusive of pass-through items for the operation and maintenance of Operation Petroleum Discharge System (OPDS) vessels. OPDS will continue supporting Military Sealift Command's pre-positioning requirements on a worldwide basis.
