Government Description
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORT IS PROVIDED FOR THE LIFE CYCLE SUPPORT OF THE FACILITY READINESS EVALUATION SYSTEM (FRES) APPLICATION IN SUPPORT OF THE COMMANDER NAVY INSTALLATIONS COMMAND (CNIC) FACILITY READINESS PROGRAM. THIS INCLUDES PROVIDING ALL MANAGEMENT, SUPERVISION, DEVELOPMENT, AND LABOR REQUIRED TO SUPPORT THE FRES PROGRAM NAVY-WIDE. THE WORK ENABLES THE NAVY TO SPECIFY UNCLASSIFIED FACILITY READINESS, EVALUATE FACILITY CONDITIONS AND CAPACITY, PROVIDE CURRENT STATUS OF FACILITIES FOR ASSIGNED SHORE CAPABILITY AREAS AND SHORE TASKS, AND ASSIST IN PRIORITIZING PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS FOR RESOURCE ALLOCATION.
