Government Description
Indoor Skills Marksmanship Trainer (ISMT) operations and maintenance support services provided to sustain ISMT systems for the fleet marine force and marine force reserves. Contractor services include program management, logistics, and engineering support, encompassing maintenance, operations, supply support, inventory management, user training, equipment reallocation, divestment of obsolete equipment, installation of new systems, and Package, Handling, Shipping & Transportation (PHS&T) of equipment. The contractor ensures quality control and compliance with performance standards, and conducts bi-annual program management reviews (PMRS) to assess program cost, schedule, performance, and risks. Work is performed at multiple Marine Corps locations both within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside continental United States (OCONUS).
