Government Description
RSC-MPC support services provides engineering, operation, maintenance, and sustainment support of shipboard infrastructure for vessels and small crafts, including the Range Support Crafts (RSC) and Multi-Purpose Crafts (MPC) vessels home ported at Naval Base Pt. Loma (NBPL) and Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) detachment FAR east at Naval Base Guam (NBG). The contractor is responsible for implementing a Quality Control Plan (QCP), conducting preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with Naval Ship Technical Manuals (NSTM) and industry standards, and ensuring contract deliverables are submitted on time and without rework. Performance is monitored through a structured Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and systematic evaluations against established performance standards. Work is performed at NBPL in California and PMRF detachment FAR east at NBG.
