THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ADDRESS Q&A RESPONSES FROM THE GOVERNMENT ADDRESSING VENDOR COMMUNITY QUESTIONS. THIS AWARD PROVIDES ENGINEERING, TECHNICAL, LOGISTICS, AND PROGRAMMATIC SUPPORT SERVICES ACROSS THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE ACQUISITION LIFE-CYCLE FOR THE EXPEDITIONARY ELECTRONIC WARFARE SYSTEMS DIVISION (EEWSD) IN SUPPORT OF THE SPECTRUM WARFARE DEPARTMENT AT NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER (NSWC) CRANE. INCLUDES DEVELOPMENT, UPGRADE, AND SUPPORT OF ELECTRONIC WARFARE (EW) SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGIES ENCOMPASSING ELECTRONIC ATTACK (EA), ELECTRONIC PROTECTION (EP), ELECTRONIC SUPPORT (ES), AND CYBER/EW ACTIVITIES SUCH AS CYBER PAYLOAD DELIVERY, VULNERABILITIES ASSESSMENT, AND TEST INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT. RESEARCH AND ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES MAY INCLUDE TRANSITION OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES FOR DISTRIBUTED MULTI-DOMAIN (EXPEDITIONARY, AIR, MARINE), MULTI-FUNCTION MILITARY APPLICATIONS.
