TASKS INCLUDE DEVELOPING AND UPDATING COURSE CURRICULUM, MAINTAINING TRAINING MATERIALS, OVERSEEING TRAINING DELIVERY, SUPERVISING INSTRUCTORS, CONDUCTING EVALUATIONS AND REVIEWS, MANAGING TESTING PROGRAMS, AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENTS. SPECIFIC ROLES PERFORMED INCLUDE COURSE SUPERVISORS, INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS DESIGNERS, TESTING OFFICERS, INSTRUCTOR EVALUATORS, AND TRAINING SPECIALISTS, WITH ALL INSTRUCTIONAL PERSONNEL CERTIFIED ACCORDING TO CENSECFOR STANDARDS.
