THIS IS A NON-COMMERCIAL PROCUREMENT IN SUPPORT OF THE NAVAL SUPPLY SYSTEMS COMMAND (NAVSUP) ORDNANCE INFORMATION SYSTEM (OIS) OBTAIN PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES. INCLUDES EXPLORING AND IMPLEMENTING ENGINEERING, QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTING, INTEGRATION TESTING, DOCUMENTATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF OIS TO PROVIDE ENHANCED CONVENTIONAL ORDNANCE LOGISTICS RELATED CAPABILITIES ACROSS ALL WARFARE ENTERPRISES. ADDITIONAL TASKS INCLUDE ASSISTING THE US NAVY IN IMPLEMENTING THE QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN MATRIX, PROVIDING AUDIT ANALYST SERVICES, AND DELIVERING OIS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) AND FLEET SUPPORT SERVICES.
