INCLUDES REMOTE TECHNICAL, ADMINISTRATIVE, AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPING AND MANAGING URGENT ACQUISITION PROGRAMS, WITH TASKS PERFORMED REMOTELY AND OCCASIONAL IN-PERSON MEETINGS AT THE WASHINGTON NAVY YARD, D.C. AND OTHER LOCATIONS AS DIRECTED BY THE PROGRAM MANAGER'S OFFICE (PMO). ADDITIONAL EFFORTS INCLUDE LIFE-CYCLE SUSTAINMENT AND OVERHAUL PLANNING FOR THE MK8 AND MK11 SDV, SUPPORT FOR DEEP SUBMERGENCE SYSTEM SCOPE OF CERTIFICATION (DSS-SOC) ISSUES, AND DEVELOPMENT OF ACQUISITION STRATEGIES AND DOCUMENTATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH DEFENSE ACQUISITION UNIVERSITY GUIDELINES.
