Government Description
FY20 trident production and deployed systems support. This includes D5 missile production, D5 field processing, support equipment development and production, and D5 engineering, technical, and operational support services. Additional work encompasses production and maintenance of missile subsystems such as gas hydraulic assemblies, igniter assemblies, servoactuator assemblies, flight control electronics, connectors, batteries, cable assemblies, and various support hardware, as well as ordnance removal, hazardous waste disposal, and facility closure environmental services. The scope also covers technical data support, it infrastructure support, inventory management, advanced part procurement, calibration and maintenance, and program management for the trident II (D5) system.
