May 2023: ReconCraft LLC,* Anchorage, Alaska, is awarded a $22,070,151 firm-fixed-price contract for two Norwegian Combatant Craft Mediums. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $30,950,521. Work will be performed in Clackamas, Oregon, and is expected to be completed by August 2025. If all options are exercised, work will continue through January 2026. Foreign Military Financing (Norway) funds in the amount of $22,070,151 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S. Code ยง 637(a)) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 19.8.
