Pearl harbor inactive ships. Includes operation and maintenance of all vessels assigned to NAVSEA inactive ship on-site maintenance office (INACTSHIPMAINTO) at pearl harbor, HI, involving direct labor, supervision, materials, supplies, and equipment to operate and maintain the site. Tasks include receipt, inspection, survey, maintenance, and disposal of naval vessels, as well as structural, mechanical, and electrical modifications in support of experimental use programs, berthing vessel programs, and conversions as specified by the program sponsor. Work may also be performed at remote sites such as san diego, CA, as required.

Work will be performed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by August 2025. Fiscal 2024 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $4,386,123 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of fiscal 2025.
