General Dynamics, Electric Boat, Groton, Connecticut, is awarded a $7,889,406 cost-plus-fixed-fee, level of effort contract for the operation, maintenance and protection of the floating dry dock SHIPPINGPORT ARDM-4, which is government-owned and contractor-operated. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $39,756,122. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by June 2022. Fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,889,406 will be obligated at time of award, of which $7,889,406 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
