BLOCK 3 EA SUBSYSTEM HEMISPHERE PRODUCTION INVOLVES THE MANUFACTURING AND DELIVERY OF SURFACE ELECTRONIC WARFARE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (SEWIP) BLOCK 3 ELECTRONIC ATTACK (EA) HEMISPHERE SYSTEMS. INCLUDES PRODUCTION OF ELECTRONIC ATTACK SYSTEMS, ANCILLARY HARDWARE EQUIPMENT, PROVISIONED ITEM SPARES, AND ENGINEERING CHANGE KITS, WITH HARDWARE DESIGN MODIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION ON AIRCRAFT CARRIERS AND AMPHIBIOUS ASSAULT SHIPS. SPECIFIC PRODUCTS DELIVERED UNDER THE CONTRACT INCLUDE BLOCK 3 EA SUBSYSTEM HEMISPHERE, QUADRANT ENGINEERING MOD, BLOCK 3 EA SUBSYSTEM - HEMISPHERE, BLOCK 3 EA SUBSYSTEM - QUADRANT, AND BLOCK 3 EA SUBSYSTEM - QUAD WITH FAQT, WITH DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS FOR EACH ITEM. ADDITIONAL TASKS INCLUDE THE PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY OF MACHINED PARTS, SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICES, RAW MATERIALS PROCESSING, AND PREFABRICATED METAL BUILDING AND COMPONENT MANUFACTURING.
