General Electric, Cincinnati, Ohio, is awarded a $17,981,800 firm-fixed-price delivery order for the procurement of five LM2500 gas generator high-pressure turbine kits. The supplies under this order are to support the overhaul and repair of LM2500 single shank turbine engines. Work will be performed in Erlanger, Kentucky, and is expected to be completed by March 2024. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the total amount of $17,981,800 will be obligated at time of award, and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This order was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1) — only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
