Dec 2015: Bechtel Plant Machinery Inc., Monroeville, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a $393,111,760 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for naval nuclear propulsion components.  Work will be performed in Monroeville, Pennsylvania (79 percent); and Schenectady, New York (21 percent). Fiscal 2016 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $393,000,000 will be obligated at the time of award.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was not competitively procured.
