The contractor will be manufacturing and procuring OBRP to be loaded onto Virginia Class boats upon delivery. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by August 2017. Fiscal 2015 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $12,128,328 will be obligated at the time of award. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
