Government Description
This award provides for the manufacturing and delivery of delta install kits, Tactical Bulk Fuel Delivery System (TBFDS) forward area refueling equipment kit inserts/portable fire extinguisher kits, TBFDS b-kits, fuel control panels, fuel control panel power harnesses, tanks, and tank power harnesses in support of the CH-53K king stallion helicopter for the Marine Corps. The work includes the production and delivery of seven delta install kits, seven TBFDS forward area refueling equipment kit inserts/portable fire extinguisher kits, one TBFDS b-kit, as well as associated non-recurring engineering. Additional scope includes manufacturing and delivering 14 delta install kits, 44 TBFDS forward area refueling equipment kit inserts/portable fire extinguisher kits, nine fuel control panels, nine fuel control panel power harnesses, four TBFDS b-kits, 25 tanks, and four tank power harnesses. All work is performed in tempe, Arizona.

This contract provides for the manufacturing and delivery of seven Delta Install kits, seven Tactical Bulk Fuel Delivery System (TBFDS) Forward Area Refueling Equipment kit inserts/Portable Fire Extinguisher kits and one TBFDS B-Kit, as well as associated non-recurring engineering, in support of the CH-53K King Stallion helicopter for the Marine Corps. Work will be performed in Tempe, Arizona and is expected to be completed in April 2025. Fiscal 2023 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $9,201,145 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
