Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, is awarded a not-to-exceed $45,000,000 cost-reimbursable undefinitized order (N0001925F0147) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001923G0002). This order provides for the testing and certification of the 2.5% above minimum specification all engines operating takeoff engine power as well as the analysis, engineering and test and certification planning of 105% transient drive system torque limit on the VH-92A Patriot aircraft for the Navy. Work will be completed in Stratford, Connecticut (50.01%); Lynn, Massachusetts (22.6%); Cedar Rapids, Iowa (10.62%); Vergennes, Vermont (8.55%); West Palm Beach, Florida (3.65%); Orlando, Florida (1.27%); Fort Worth, Texas (1.18%); Trumbull, Connecticut (1%); and other various locations within the continental U.S. (1.12%), and will be completed in April 2027. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $10,000,000 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
