Apr 2026: Lockheed Martin Rotary and Missions Systems, Owego, New York, is awarded a $99,481,601 cost plus fixed fee order (N0001926F0174) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001923G0002). This order is for design, development, integration, and test of the radar data processor technology refresh into the MH-60R AN/APS-153 radar system for both domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) variants. Work will be performed in Farmingdale, New York (68%); Owego, New York (31%); and Stratford, Connecticut (1%), and is expected to be completed in April 2031. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $6,500,000; and FMS funds in the amount of $14,500,000, will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
