Apr 2026:
Lockheed Martin Rotary and Missions Systems, Owego, New York, is awarded a $99,481,601 cost plus fixed fee order (N0001926F0174) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001923G0002). This order is for design, development, integration, and test of the radar data processor technology refresh into the MH-60R AN/APS-153 radar system for both domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) variants. Work will be performed in Farmingdale, New York (68%); Owego, New York (31%); and Stratford, Connecticut (1%), and is expected to be completed in April 2031. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $6,500,000; and FMS funds in the amount of $14,500,000, will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
