Work will be performed at San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed in December 2020. Fiscal 2020 aircraft procurement; and operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $13,778,236 will be obligated at time of award, $7,999,858 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.
