Government Description
Marforpac funding supports the Marine Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (M-SHARP) for the United States Marine Corps (USMC) training and education command (TECOM) Aviation Standards Branch (ASB), focusing on improving training management systems for aviation ground and flying squadrons. The work includes system maintenance and sustainment, cloud services, product upgrades, technical development and implementation of serverless applications, academic logging enhancements, development of a System Accuracy Status (SAS) module, and creation of schedule optimization tools for aviation training. M-SHARP utilizes the marine aviation Training and Readiness (T&R) program to develop, approve, and publish training plans while tracking unit progress through the training syllabus, and provides real-time forecasting, scheduling, execution, and reporting of aviation training data. The contractor is responsible for maintaining and enhancing these capabilities as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
