Government Description
Air transportation services provided for military and government civilian passengers and movement of cargo in support of naval test wing pacific from point mugu naval air station to san nicolas island, CA and from point mugu naval air station to China Lake, CA. The contractor delivers passenger air travel services via commercial scheduled routes five days a week between point mugu (KNTD), san nicolas island (KNSI), and China Lake (KNID), with additional missions available by mutual agreement during the week, weekends, and holidays. The contractor is also responsible for transporting passengers and cargo to other off-line locations within a 500 nautical miles radius outside of point mugu. The primary place of performance is point mugu, CA, with operations extending to san nicolas island, CA, China Lake, CA, and other eligible locations as required.
