Provides all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, maintenance, supervision, documentation, and other necessary items and services to perform air charter transportation services for the transport of human remains and escorts. Missions typically originate from the Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations (AFMAO) at Dover Air Force Base (AFB), Delaware, but may also start from other locations, with flight coverage including the continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other north american countries as agreed between the contractor and the contracting officer at both military and commercial airfields.
