TRAUMA SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT. THIS CONTRACT PROVIDES DATA SCIENTISTS, PHYSICIAN SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS, PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT NURSES AND ANALYSTS, MEDICAL PLANNERS, CONTINGENCY OPERATIONS PLANNING STAFF, POLICY AND PUBLICATIONS PERSONNEL, CURRICULUM DEVELOPERS, MULTIMEDIA SPECIALISTS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRAUMA SYSTEMS IN SUPPORT OF THE DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY (DHA), OPERATIONS (J-3), STRATEGY (J-5), EDUCATION AND TRAINING (J-7), JOINT TRAUMA SYSTEM (JTS) DIVISION. THE SUPPORT IS PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH DOD INSTRUCTION (DODI) 6040.47 AND THE NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT (NDAA) FISCAL YEAR 2017 SECTIONS 707 AND 708.
