Mar 2022: Health Net Federal Services LLC, Rancho Cordova, California, is awarded a $104,419,360 modification to a previously awarded fixed-price T2017 West Managed Care Service Contract (HT9402-16-C-0002). Dec 2022: Health Net Federal Services LLC, Sacramento, California, is awarded a $70,560,961 modification to previously awarded, cost-plus-fixed-fee T2017 TRICARE Managed Care Support Services Contract, West Region HT9402-16-C-0002. This modification definitizes change order P00405 (CONREQ20598), Change 85 of the TRICARE Operations Manual, and Change 47 of the TRICARE Systems Manual, titled "Autism Care Demonstration (ACD) Comprehensive Revisions," which allows clinically necessary and appropriate applied behavior analysis services for TRICARE eligible beneficiaries diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The ACD comprehensive revisions in TOM85 and TSM47 significantly expand TRICARE services to beneficiaries diagnosed with ASD and their families, with a major emphasis on support to the family.  Health Net Federal Services provides ACD services within its healthcare provider network in the western region of the continental U.S.  The contract period of performance ends Dec. 31, 2024. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance funds are being obligated at the time of award. Jan 2023: Health Net Federal Services LLC, Sacramento, California, was awarded a modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee T-2017 West Managed Care Service Contract (HT9402-16-C-0002) with a potential value of $7,703,234,694. The modification is to ensure continuity of healthcare delivered during the T-5 Managed Care Service Contract (HT940223C0002) transition-in period. This modification extends the current contract performance period by the addition of two one-year option periods beginning Jan. 1, 2023. Work will be performed throughout the western region of the continental U.S. at military service component sites, contractor call centers, and within an integrated healthcare provider network.
