Continuity of operations support services for the Enterprise Intelligence And Data Solutions (EIDS) Program Management Office (PMO) include program management, engineering, it operations, and cybersecurity services to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) EIDS PMO, specifically for the operation and support of systems such as carepoint, bi tools, Defense Medical Surveillance System (DMSS), Data Sharing System (DSS), Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ), davinci, pharmacy enterprise data warehouse (PHARMEDW), Clinical Assessments Management Portal (CAMP), Patient Reported Outcomes Clinical Record (PROCR), MHS Population Health Portal (MHSPHP), shared services, data solutions, managed systems/software lifecycle processes, and devsecops alignment. Tasks also include technical support for integration of devsecops safe methodologies, systems engineering management, 24/7/365 operational support with tier 3 helpdesk response, and continuous monitoring of systems in accordance with the DOD risk management framework. These services ensure ongoing access to data, research tools, and applications supporting medical readiness and minimize unplanned outage time for critical health information platforms. The work also provides ongoing programmatic and technical support for these systems, including help desk support and continuous operations to maintain information system availability for online information, research tools, and data aggregation.
